Machinery Description:

Bucket elevator is mainly used for objects higher elevation such as small particles, grave,l sand, lime, soil etc.
The material are scooped up from the bottom and was promoted to a certain height that could reach 40 meters, when reach the top, to bypass the crown chakra, the materials into the hopper installed ahead.
Bucket elevator is used for vertical hoisting piece of granular materials after crushing such as the limestone, coal, gypsum, clinker, dry clay and raw material, cement, and coal powder.
According to the running speed of hopper, bucket elevator can be divided into 3 types: centrifugal unloading, discharging by gravity, and hybrid unloading.
Centrifugal unloading, its bucket speed faster, is suitable for conveying grinded powder, granular, small lump materials; The discharging by gravity, its bucket speed slower, is suitable for conveying lump, the larger proportion, rubbed materials, such as limestone, clinker, etc.
The traction components of bucket elevator has endless chain, chain plate and adhesive tape, etc.
The structure and manufacture of endless chain is more simple, stronger connection with the hopper also, conveying the rubbed materials the wear and tear of the chain is smaller, but its weight is bigger.
Plate chain structure is firmer, lighter weight, suitable for a large quantity of ascending elevator, but susceptible to wear and tear, hinged joint tape structure is simple, but not suitable for transporting grinded materials, ordinary tape material temperature less than 60 °C, steel rope tape allows the material temperature of 80 °C, heat resistant adhesive tape to allow material temperature of 120 C, chain conveyor chain plate material temperature can reach 250 °C.
