Ball Mill

Ball mill is the critical equipment for the broken material being smashed, Aerated brick ball mill is widely used in cement, 

Portland products, new building materials, Refractory, fertilizer, black and nonferrous metal ore dressing and glass ceramics 

production industry, for all kinds of ores and other grinding materials 

to be dry grinding or wet grinding.

Ball Mill Working Principle:

This machine is of horizontal cylindrical rotating device, the outer gear transmission, two positions, grate aerated brick mill. 

The raw material through feeding device into the hollow shaft spiral evenly reach the first hopper, the hopper has 

ladder plate or corrugated plate, built in different specifications of steel ball, cylinder rotation will generate 

centrifugal force for the ball to a certain height, which produce the action of blow and grinding to the material. 

after the first storehouse to coarse grinding, by monolayer partition storehouse board into the second warehouse, 

the warehouse with a flat plate, inside the steel ball, for further grinding .  unloading the powdery material 

through the discharging board, then finish the grinding.

Ball Mill Structural Features:

This machine consists of the feeding part, discharging part, the ministry of rotary, drive part (reducer, 

small transmission gear, motor,electric control) and other major parts. Hollow shaft adopts steel with removable lining. 

The rotary wheel adopts gear hobbing machining, casting cylinder body with wear resistant lining board, has a good wear resistance. 

This machine is stable running, reliable work.

Note: 

according to the material and the way of mineral ejection, we can choose the dry ball mill or the wet grate ball mill.
